Hi, I downloaded the lasted MacOS software yesterday and now my laptop is showing a grey screen that says an error occurred preparing the update. The screen is stuck on 'choose a startup disk' without giving me any options to choose. The only thing it lets me click is Target Disk Mode. MacOS update assistant is also open but stuck and the updating bar is not moving. I have restarted the laptop a few times but it always just starts downloading the software from the start when I do. Thanks!

I need my 2014 or 2015 Macbook Air back up and running so I can access some desktop files I dont have backed up. It wont turn on or charge. Have tried different charging cable.

MacBook pro 13 inch retina mid 2014, now has a persistent pop up since I downloaded Mac OS Catalina. I had Webroot Secure Anywhere and do not now. The message says WSDaemon cant be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software etc. I also have pop ups saying Google Password required and I am unable to fix. I also cannot send emails. MacBook Air 11 inch mid 2013 is in Mac OS Sierra and has incompatible upgrades for Garage Band, iMovie, Pages, Keynote, Numbers. I have been slack in using upgrades. How do I upgrade this computer further to Catalina? Both computers are slower than they need to be and could do with a clean up, I am in Eltham but can met you anywhere given I travel within the metropolitan during the week. I can have it done anytime within the next week or so. I have marked a date but am flexible and can work in with you. I am not sure whether it matters if I am present or you work from home.
