Also I want to upgrade my RAM from 8GB to 16GB by adding another module. I need help with correct specification and part identification and performing the task.. Hello airtaskers. I hope you are keeping safe. I have a laptop brand - eMachines. It is a very cheap laptop but unfortunately I cannot afford a new laptop. I have only used it a couple of times and haven't opened it for a few years. Today when I open did I get a error message and it just loops around and cannot startup. "windows could not complete the installation. To install windows on this computer, restart the installation." I've looked up online and it looks like maybe the driver is missing or something like that. I don't have a disc. I've tried to restart it etc. It's running on windows 7. I would prefer to drop this laptop off at someone's work or home that is in the Carnegie area.

Laptop Model - Lenovo Ideapad 510-15ISK - Noticed battery draining right after unplugging from charger (100%-10% in less than 10 minutes) - Opened it up to see what's wrong - nothing out of the ordinary - When trying to turn back on, nothing was coming up on the screen - pitch black, but you can hear the laptop turning on.

Laptop is about 2 years old but has been a while I keep receiving the error message no bootable devices found. Have followed google steps, reset to original and nothing works. May need to change hardware. Too good and new to simply buy a new one
