We have just moved into a new home and are having serious internet/phone issues... we've had NBN out twice and the internet works on most devices now but not all. We've spoken to Telstra & have tried troubleshooting ourselves but need help ASAP please!!!

Hi All, recently moved into an apartment in Docklands which runs on Rush Broadband. I should be getting 200mbps and it shows that during speed test but it does not perform like it. I’ve connected mesh throughout but that has made it worse. I need someone to help with figuring out what’s wrong and help with fixing the issue
