I’ve been experiencing frequent internet dropouts lately. I contacted my service provider, and while everything appears fine on their end, they suspect that my apartment’s outdated internet setup can’t properly handle the incoming speeds. They recommended having a technician come out to resolve the issue.

I’ve connected a TP-Link VX230v router via DSL for a Launtel FTTB connection (VDSL + Dynamic IP, no VLAN), but it’s still not connecting to the internet. I need someone to come to my apartment in Melbourne CBD (31 A’Beckett St) and check the wall socket and setup. Must be familiar with Launtel or VDSL setups. I’ve already configured the router as instructed by Launtel. Likely issue is wall port activation or line testing.

Need the mesh network bought and installed, whatever is most suitable for the house as it is long and 2 story, the Internet doesn't reach the far side of the house. Cost of the items will be paid separately from the task.

I have moved into the Australia 108 building which is located at 70 Southbank Boulevard and have signed up with an Internet provider called uniti internet. I will attach photos as to what the Internet situation is in the apartment but it seems to be beyond my skill set and I need assistance.

I've had constant internet drop-outs at my home. I have tested the modem and there does not appear to be any issues. TPG have said that it may be a wiring issue inside the house given that they cannot observe any issues on the outside NBN line.

Our internet is offline due to a Meraki license ending. We want to drop Meraki and just connect a router to the existing Telstra fibre.

Help me set up my modem and connect to the internet.

A sparky to install an internet port at my desk as atm I use a 10m ethernet cable to reach the modem.

Hi guys. I’ve got internet with Optus and they are saying it’s all ok on their end. My partner works from home and has issues with the speed with her calls dropping in and out. The internet is working but it’s not fast enough for her to work from home. They have given me the ok to hire a private technician to come and have a look. I’m in Northcote right by the pools. Our Wifi has stopped working abruptly. We rollover onto a different provider on May 1. We need to ensure that the wifi is connected properly prior to this. Can someone can in and assess our setup fix anything where nessary and help us with the rollover process where needed.

Service Provider: SpinTel Wifi Router: ASUS DSL-AC68U The current provider & configuration has worked without issue for years. There was a recent outage on my street, which appears to correlate with this downtime. My Service Provider has reset the connection their end & do not see an issue from their systems. Minimal network traffic is reported on my service provider account so it is not a broken connection issue. Guests have rebooted model & router several times to no avail. A technician changed configuration on the wifi router last week to accept dynamic IP, and the wifi connection worked for a short period (5-10 minutes) and then the internet was no longer accessible. Their Amazon Alexa device still has an active internet connection so feels like it might be a router configuration issue. I am overseas & need someone to diagnose & resolve the issue on-site, including discussing with my service provider if necessary.

Non tech family with printing offline and internet not working effectively

Our internet connection isn’t working. We have two modems which are flashing green or red when they should be always white. Need someone to get around, review and fix it
