I require an experienced IT technician to diagnose and repair an issue with the AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics adapter on my workstation. Certain professional applications fail to launch correctly. The software shows as running, but the interface does not appear and the application does not progress. The system has defaulted to the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, although the discrete graphics card remains detected. The issue began approximately one month ago after the computer froze during a graphics-related process, requiring a forced shutdown. The following steps have already been completed: a full Windows factory reset; use of Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) in Safe Mode; installation of AMD Adrenalin Edition 26.2.2 (February 2026) via Custom Install; and disabling of the integrated AMD graphics in Device Manager. Current hardware: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor, ASUS ROG Strix B850-F Gaming WiFi motherboard, and AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT (discrete). The graphics adapter is not operating as the primary display, preventing normal use of required applications. I require on-site assistance to verify hardware connections, perform advanced driver reinstallation, review BIOS settings, assess for firmware corruption, and determine whether the issue is software- or hardware-related. Please include your relevant experience with AMD graphics adapters in your proposal.

Need help setting up and troubleshooting home Ethernet / mesh Wi-Fi system in a large house. I currently have internet working, but I need assistance properly patching Ethernet ports through the house so I can hardwire my Deco mesh system upstairs for stronger and more stable speeds. The house has multiple wall ports and a patch panel setup, but the ports are not clearly labeled and some appear connected to cameras/phone lines, so I need someone who actually understands home networking and can properly trace/test the connections. Tasks may include: • Identifying which wall ports correspond to which rooms • Testing Ethernet connections • Patching the correct ports together • Helping hardwire Deco mesh units • Improving Wi-Fi coverage and speeds throughout the house • General tidy cable management would be appreciated Important: Please only apply if you genuinely understand home networking / Ethernet patching / mesh systems.
