Additions "SInce I put the task on Airtasker and have seen the very good responses I need to sharpen my description, which is still hazy. Firstly there are a number of issues needing to be resolved which I would segment into (1) I have a lot of cluttered data on my computer which need to be shelved but where? I have a number of subscriptions including to the cloud but I still house a lot of data (often duplicated on my computer). (2) I have the same issues with my Outlook express and need to discuss with an expert a smarter organization mix of folders, sub-folders, archiving etc and sub folders might look like (3) need to rationalise or better put, understand what I am getting, and not getting for this subscriptions and what additonals I need (4) to get a good back up system operating - this has eluded me to date. Once this is done there is time to turn to more hardware driven solutions - wireless connectivity and TV smart screen, printer connectivity, music wireless connectivity, tidy up the numerou cables etc , and then do the same for my wife who has an Apple. In other words there is likely to be more than 4 hours work . If any of the many excellent responses want to spend 4 hours (endless food and dink provided) then I am interested, but the job needs more than very good technical hardware skills - its hard to put in words but someone who also has an organised mind that can listen and see what I have on my computer and we can come up with a plan to fix the mess I have in my computer, Outlook and my subscriptions. This task has been left unattended for too long ." My computer organisation is lacking and I have accumulated a lot of info over a number of years. I want a young person with computer knowledge to look at my computer and work with me over 4 hours to get it better organised and to explain the subscriptions I have, and help re-organise and store old emails, and the back up process.
