My apps are working correctly on my MacBook, but on my husband’s MacBook the Microsoft apps (Word, Excel, etc.) won’t activate. Apps install successfully Sign-in/activation is not working properly Reinstalling hasn’t fixed it Issue 2: I’d like my OneDrive checked to make sure it’s set up and syncing correctly under the Business account. I have a new Mac book pro and an older Mac book pro. I take the older one to clients sites in the northwest and I need them to be synched so that what ever I do on one is mirrored on the other. Assume using iCloud as the source/ storage. Must be done by a fully trained Apple Mac expert

Can bring machine to you if not too far. I dropped my circa 2015 Macbook and the screen failed. It does not look cracked. When I connect it to an HDMI screen the laptop's own screen often reappears for a while works and seems normal. Because of this I suspect a faulty connection. I need someone to check this and fix it. 75 dollars for diagnosis. Another 75 if it is fixed at same time. Discuss if part needed.
