My battery health on MacBook has deteriorated. It is currently at 55%. Need a battery replacement. Will require the battery itself and the replacing it.

I need someone to look at my Macbook Air. I am having a recurring issue with saving word files specifically with the error saying "The save failed due to lack of memory or disk space. (This is a test.docx)" I have tried a number of fixes myself but have been unsuccessful in getting it solved. I'd prefer it if you could come to my house in Essendon, but if there is a way we can resolve it remotely, I'd be open to that.

Drive still mounts but I can't copy files off of it. It's a 16 tb drive.

This is a large Apple Mac desktop device that I use less frequently these days than perhaps in the past but I have a support.apple.com/mac/start-up and a flashing folder with a ? In it. I’ve tried the basic tricks but it is still not starting correctly and possibly needs a review as it has been performing slowly of recent times as well.
