I have an open pantry space in my kitchen that needs to be fitted out with shelving and doors. Scope: ▪️Two narrow panels fitted to the sides of the existing kitchen cabinetry, for the doors to hang from. ▪️Doors to match existing IKEA melamine doors in the kitchen (confirmed a match is available). ▪️Fixed shelving mounted to the back wall with appropriate support underneath to hold the weight of glass jars, tins, and pantry items. Material open to the tradesperson's recommendation, doesn't need to match the IKEA melamine, but if it isn't melamine it will need to be painted white. ◾️Perforated copper inlay detail, will discuss placement and finish on site. ◾️No cabinet box needed, this is a simpler build attached directly to the space. Approximate Measurements: 238cm height, 74cm (opening) - 170cm (back) width, 58cm depth Details: ▪️Materials to be sourced and quoted by the tradesperson. ▪️Measurement to be confirmed on site before the job is priced. ▪️Budget shown is a rough guide only, final quote after inspection. Chasing a Carpenter only

I’ve recently had a panel lift/sectional garage door retrofitted to my garage in Carindale. Because the garage wasn’t originally set up for this type of door, there weren’t suitable fixing points in the ceiling where the installer needed to attach the overhead tracks/brackets. The garage door company is coming back to rectify the installation, but before they return I’d like suitable structural fixing points installed above the ceiling. There is good access to the roof/ceiling space via a manhole, with plenty of room to work. I’m looking for an experienced carpenter/framer who can assess the existing roof/ceiling framing and install appropriate timber blocking/noggins or other suitable structural framing at the required locations, so the garage door installer has solid fixing points for their brackets. I can provide photos and indicate where the garage door brackets/fixing points need to be located. Location: Carindale, QLD Timing: Ideally completed before the garage door company returns. Please bring the appropriate timber, fixings and tools. When responding, please let me know if you have experience with roof/ceiling framing or preparing fixing points for garage doors.

Deck * Once the ceiling painting is finished, clean the timber deck, including removing any paint splashes and surface dirt. * Apply decking stain/oil to refresh the existing finish. * No major sanding or full deck restoration required. I have 5 timber panels 2700x600mm I’d like placed on the wall fitting in between the skirting boards - the height is approximately 2350mm. The panels are 2700mm so they need to be cut to fit (I don’t have equipment to do that). I have the screws and glue that bunnings recommend
