I am replacing an old pool fence with a new glass pool fence on the deck. However, the glass fencing needs to be secured into a joist/bean under the decking. Joists only sit under 2 of the 13 new spigots. I'm looking for someone to install, under the existing deck, additional (non-load bearing) joists to fix the spigots securely too. There are existing joists that the new joists can be secured to or run between. (see photo) The space under the deck is good. ranging from about 1m to 2m and can be accessed from below. (see photos) Materials not included in price. I will need your input for joist hangers and to get the wood. I reckon it is about 3 -4 hours work once you have the materials. Some modwood deck boards have lifted and need re attachment - Due date: Flexible

First priority is to sand and re-stain or oil front steps. Second priority is to sand and re-stain or oil front deck. Optional to repaint in white (so no sanding required) hand rails on deck and steps. Happy if you to come and inspect before quoting. I've included some pictures for reference.

The existing steel checker plate is rusted. It covers a hole in the floor slab. With the rust holes and unsealed perimeter of the steel plate, rainwater will enter the basement from it. The task requires the rusted plate removed and a new stainless steel plate(~4-5mm) installed and the perimeter sealed with sika flex or similar between the concrete slab and the stainless steel plate. We need assistance to replace one fibre cement panel. We have a replacement fibre cement sheet but it will need to be cut to size and then installed.

I have a 3.4m x 5m kit steel shed to install. Slab is already done and the kit is on site (though does need moving closer to the shed slab). I have plans and installation instructions. Shed has 2 doors and 2 windows. I prefer someone with experience with this sort of shed installation. Will need an extra set of hands for some parts of the job. Some specific tools and equipment will be needed (as shown in pg 4 of the attached). Most notably nibblers/electric shears, screw gun, framing gun, electric/air impact guns, and bracing. Can pretty much start any time. Date and time are flexible.
