I have cracked tiles in the bathroom and powder room. Bathroom - 5 tiles + silver drain cover Powder room - 4 tiles + silver drain cover I have spare matching tiles. I don't have grout or drain covers. The floors got wet due to a plumbing problem years ago but that's fixed and all is dry under the tiles now. I'm flexible with time and day. Don't know how much to put so just quote me.

Water leak in the bathroom because waterproofing has slightly moved.____ Goal : seal everywhere in order to stop all water leak 1- Replace damaged grout where necessary in shower to enable shower plug to work effectively 2- Seal the shower tiling (walls and floor) with a clear silicone based paint, first removing all silicone sealant. and 3- Four coats of sealant must be applied and all silicone which is removed will be replaced.
