Looking for a carpenter to do a steel frame new build for me in redbank plains. A small crew would be perfect but could organise labour to help for the right tradesman. Roughly 190m2

I need a QBCC licensed carpenter for tomorrow at 7am. Around 6 hours work as the Tiler will be starting the floor in the afternoon. Job is doing 3x door arcs on 1 side each door. Installing a door jamb and hanging the sliding door plus lock. Arcs inside the bathroom have VJ panels that need to be trimmed to fit them. I’m also a QBCC licensed carpenter and builder. I’m just running out of time.

I have 2 x double/sets of wooden doors to be fitted (i.e. 4 doors or 2 x pairs). Currently the space where they will be fitted is filled by 2 x garage doors. One set/pair of doors will go in each space. We will remove the 2 garage doors ourselves prior to you arriving. Your job will involve building the frame and fitting the doors. Note: 1/ we do not have the frame for the doors, only the doors and hinges. You will either need to bring the timber for the frame or tell us exactly what timber and measurements are needed and we will buy and pick it up ready for the job to be done. The price I ask is for labour and does not include the cost of the frame; I expect the cost of materials for the frame is extra. 2/ I have birds that live downstairs where this job is to take place. Downstairs MUST be sealed every night to avoid rats, cats, other birds or snakes getting in. Both doors must either be completed in 1 day and the room secured, or, if you cannot complete the entire job in 1 day you will need to do 1 set of doors each day (i.e. over 2 days). 3/ based on point #2 above, you will need to be finished on the day at minimum 2 hours before sunset. When a pair of doors are fitted in each space, they will not fill the entire space that the garage doors did. So, you will fit the doors, and then my partner will need to cut and screw blue board into the gap/remaining space before it gets dark.
