1. Laundry - The laundry is located in the middle of our dining room and kitchen which has always been annoying. Therefore I would like to conceal the washer and dryer with cupboard doors. The entire box/cavity would need to be replaced as there is some swelling on the side towards floor due to water leak from washer. I would like a total of 4 doors keeping the same configuration as seen above the dryer. Therefore an additional 2 doors that will separate the washer and dryer. The laundry was installed 20 years ago and the material is vinyl wrap which i would like the same. Dimensions: L 2380 ( includes top cupboards) W 680 D 650 IMG_4527.jpeg 2 Drinks Display Cabinet. Require some timber floor boards to be installed to replace where previous pillars / columns were based. There are two areas approximately 40cm x 35cm. The existing floor board is believed to be a Tas Oak Solid Timber. We don’t have the product so would need the trade to locate.

I have a medium/large kitchen that I believe is genuine wood veneer, although I'll need help from you confirming this! Some cupboards are in great condition, others have damage due to high use and sunlight. I want the cabinetry restored which I imagine will require a lot of sanding and oiling/varnishing. I’m looking to get this done sometime over the next few months.
