Looking for an experienced cabinetmaker or joinery draftsperson to prepare detailed, fully dimensioned joinery drawings for my home renovation. Joinery includes: * Kitchens and pantry * Built-in robes and walk-in robes * Laundry cabinetry * Bathroom vanities * Storage cupboards * Other custom cabinetry Some, not all, layouts, measurements, finishes and design ideas are worked out. I need these converted into accurate professional drawings that can be used to obtain quotes and ultimately manufacture the joinery. Drawings should show: * Plans and elevations * Internal cupboard layouts * Exact cabinet, drawer, shelf and door dimensions * Heights and depths * Appliance locations and clearances * Materials and hardware where required Prefer someone with actual cabinetmaking/joinery experience, rather than general architectural drafting. We have low level joinery where there are two cupboards. The doors of the cupboards fold down and they are closed by pushing them up until the door latches on to a magnet. The doors are opened by pushing them to release them from the magnet. The doors do not have handles. The problem is that when we walk past them the doors sometimes fling open. This is quite dangerous. It is probably cause the magnet is not strong enough or they have lost their magnetic strength. We need either a new locking mechanism or stronger magnets.

Hello, We are looking for an experienced carpenter, joiner, or skilled handyman to inspect and secure some retail shelving at our store, in Epping. The Issue: Several layers of our custom wall-mounted shelving units have started to pull away from the wall. This is a significant safety concern as we are worried about their stability and the risk of collapse. The shelves appear to be glued and possibly screwed to the wall, and some of these connections have failed. The Job: This is primarily an "inspect and secure" job. The scope of work includes: 1. Attending the site to thoroughly assess the structure and stability of the entire wall shelving unit. 2. Identifying all the points where the shelves have detached from the wall. 3. Supplying and installing small, discreet L-brackets underneath the affected shelves to securely re-fasten them to the wall. 4. Ensuring the installed brackets are strong, neatly fitted, and provide robust support to prevent any further movement. 5. Leaving the area clean and tidy.
