I need a section of my wooden floor repaired — one board has a hole (see photo). The damaged area is roughly 10cm x 35cm. I don’t need the repair to be colour matched or cosmetic, just sturdy and safe to walk on. Ideally, I’d like the damaged section replaced or securely patched with a new piece of timber so it’s level with the rest of the floor. You’ll need to bring your own tools and materials.

I am looking to have a joiner build in 3 x 40cmx40cm shelves into a corner wall area (see image 1), and 1 x 80cm shelf/desk built into the wall coming across to meet TV unit and be the same colour (black woodgrain) - (see image 2), as well as some Beachwood panelling (see image 3 as reference)

Install - 4 window handles (supplied) - 4 door locks (already chipped out - 4 door stoppers - 4 Windows very hard to close, hinges need sanding and WD40. (Open to other quick fix solutions). - Cut down and install 1 door already fitted. (Tiled bathroom so door doesn’t fit anymore needs to be cut down). - plain down 1 external door and remove bottom weather sheild. Easy access without removing door.

My new fridge is too tall. I need the cabinet on top to be adjusted by a few inches.

I have a teak sideboard that needs repairing and finishing - fix the wooden runner (needs replacing - see the photo for information), sanded and stained (naturally, don’t want red), and new legs added (legs to be provided). 198cm length, 66cm height, 46cm width

Need a counter redone with two pieces of ply to reinforce it. Then to have it varnished. Also need 10 metal hook displays put up on the walls that will hold tools and product

Need four floating shelves installed. The shelves are solid oak and there are two long shelves (1880mm L) and two short ones (880mm L) The shorter shelves need to be shaved a bit on one side to fit the nook. Large threaded bolts have been supplied with the shelves, along with instructions on how to install. The shelves are not pre-drilled so you will need a drill guide, and suitable glue. All the shelves are going into brick wall. They will need to be sturdy as will hold glassware and heavy books

Provide the material (not happy with Bunnings colour) and installation.

I need one side of old rotted timber gable facia removed to assess total damage and what else may be necessary to replace and repair gable timbers. Initial job is to assess damage and assess what is needed to be done to complete repair. I estimate 2-3 hours max to remove one piece of timber and only assess required time and materials to repair facia. Repair and replacement of east side facia timber is separate new job.

I'm looking at revamping these kitchen cupboards. They're a basic laminate. There's 14 cabinets and 2 drawers. Property is located in Cronulla

The face panel of the integrated dishwasher is wider than it should be as its side edge is rubbing snug against the bottom of the side panels of the carcass. Hence why the dishwasher has dislodged and is moving, as overtime from rubbing it gave way. I am unsure how to solve the width dimension so it doesn’t rub and I don’t really want a new face panel, but it would be ok to shave the carcass sides maybe?

The timber decking boards are convex and so a mechanical sander won’t work. Majority of the deck just needs to be cleaned before staining but an area of about 3m is exposed to the sun and the previous stain needs to be removed before re-sealing. This will need to be done by hand. I have the stain and am happy to do the full clean but need someone to sand the required area, give it a good sweep and then apply 2 coats of stain, allowing sufficient time between coats to dry.

Need a carpenter o lobourer to work all next week in cronulla. White card and all PPE. 7am to 3pm. tools no required.

After a flood in the laundry I need to replace 3 cabinets, architrave and skirting board.

I need to cut part of my kitchen bench that is hanging of the end. It is only wood so should be easy to cut and sand the edges.
