Looking for an experienced carpenter or deck builder to completely remove and replace the outdoor timber steps/tiered seating shown in the photo. The existing timber structure is old and damaged, and I do not want it patched or repaired. I want the timber section removed and rebuilt/replaced properly. The job will include: * Remove and dispose of the existing timber structure * Supply and install new suitable outdoor timber * Replace/rebuild the supporting frame where required * Recreate the existing stepped/tiered design * Ensure the new structure is strong, level and safe * Finish/paint in black to suit the existing area * All materials, labour and rubbish removal Location: Bangor (near Menai) NSW

I am looking for a licensed carpenter to replace existing glass sliding front entry with solid timber door. I require: - Removal of existing glass sliding door and pane of glass (I will dispose) - Frame and install a timber stud wall 2.7m wide and 2.2m high. - Install a solid timber door on the right hand side of the opening. The door is 2040mm x 1200mm - Sheet up the left side of the stud wall (I will install weatherboard or cladding in this section in the future). - I have purchased the door and door jam. - I have attached pictures of the entry, the door, and a sketch of what I would like it to look like. I potentially also have the need to have some internal stud walls framed in the future, which I'd be happy to discuss at a later date Please let me know if you need any other details.

Carpenter needed for skirting boards and architraves. As seen in photos, one door (both sides), one small window, and skirting board (approx 4 metres). Window also needs one small timber piece installed on the right hand side which was damaged in demo. You will need to supply the materials too. Window size is 76cm x 68cm. Door is standard door size. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 1 August 2023
