Job includes: • Assessing the exterior wall to confirm suitable mounting points • Advising if any additional supports or fixings are required • Installing the retractable awning once mounting is confirmed • All tools to be supplied by you (unless manufacturer-specific hardware is included) Awning details: • To be confirmed post initial assessment. One internal door 200 cm height needs to be trimmed at bottom as too low for new thicker carpet. Approximately 5 to 10 mm (i.e. 1 cm) to be taken off 1 display cabinet with glass doors height 190cm on new vinyl plank floor needs to be secured to wall. 1 bookcase height 122cm has 3 existing glides at bottom and 1 missing (on same flooring), need to be replaced with 4 the same (I have replacements), then secured to wall. 1 bookcase height 180cm on new carpet needs to be secured to wall. There is existing metal device to attach to wall but may need replacement. You will need to supply your own working table and tools for planing of the door.

Our wooden deck needs a clean, and have sealant applied. Please see photos attached
