Brick sill wasnt laid level, needs to be ripped up and redone. I will be there to remove the sliding door unit to make this easier. I will also supply the bricks if easier

I need to drill a hole in double brick wall (inside the wall cavity) This is required to pass a network wire from level 1 to ground level access. The cavity of the wall has mortar stuck and i can see the slab its just to of derbis and mortar. Its a very simple and easy job with flexible and long drill bit I do not have tools to do it myself. You do not need to go to a big height its just from inside of house , the cavity is accessible after removing a wall GPO.

Brick up small whole in wall where old air conditioner was . 1960’s house

The brick corner wall next to my garage roller door has serious damage from a car hitting it – there are big cracks running in steps along the bricks, lots of pieces broken off or missing at the bottom and higher up, and the wall is pushing out a bit in places. This has also made the garage door a little dented and out of shape. It’s proper structural damage that needs fixing soon so it doesn’t get worse or cause bigger problems. I’m after quotes from registered builders only (please put your registration number in your reply – no unlicensed people or handymen). I’m looking for an experienced tradesperson to carry out brickwork repairs to an external wall where an air-conditioning unit was previously installed. The air conditioner will already be fully removed. The job involves properly infilling the opening, restoring the brickwork so it is structurally sound, weatherproof, and neatly finished to closely match the existing wall. Bricks and all required materials will need to be supplied by the tasker, along with appropriate tools. Experience with brick repairs and patching is essential.
