Have converted from Windows 10 to Windows 11. My Word templates remain on my system, and I have access to styles, but not to macros. I have made the changes to Trust Centre to enable. I have copied my templates to the appropriate directories, but nothing gives me my macros or keyboard shortcuts.

My workstation crashed. I'm looking for help to fix it. I've created a boot disk and tried to just reinstall windows fresh and delete some disks. The windows install is saying that I don't suitable hardware to load windows. I know I do, as I was running it on this PC previously. Looking for someone to troubleshoot, get my multiple drives up and running and get me back on windows.

My second hand PC needs windows installed and I am having trouble with it

Hello! I had a PC built in 2015 to run Architecture programs. I’ve had no issues and it generally still runs really well. I’m no longer using it as my main computer, but am trying to set my husband up to use it for work (emails, PDF etc). However, it only starts up in BIOS mode and I cannot seem to fix it. I am the “tech-savvy” person in the family so have read articles, reddit posts etc but can’t seem to fix it. I was going to take it to a computer place but would like to avoid karting it back and forth if possible. If there are any Windows 7 IT geniuses out there - this one’s for you! Need to install Windows OS on Mac 2020 Windows 11

I own a Microsoft Laptop 2. It was used as our personal home device. Nothing of importance is installed. After upgrading the software the laptop is now asking for a bollocked passcode which I don’t have. I am happy to have the device wiped and given back to me factory reset with genuine windows 11 installed.

Hello there I need windows 7 or 8 or 10 reinstalled on my laptop computer which has been out of action for a few years. All the hardware and everything appears to be okay however when I use a bootable windows USB to try and reinstall windows I get an error message about requiring a driver. I also have a left desktop computer and MacBook which I would like assistance with and of course if you're able to help they will attract an additional fee. I don't know if the problem is with the BIOS or whatever but I've tried updating that and still I have no luck. It's an Asus zenbook UX 461u, there's a crack in the screen which I'm not overly concerned about. It seems like there's some sort of software slash firmware that is preventing me from installing windows so anyone that is sufficiently text savvy should be able to do this pretty easily. I have a MacBook Pro from late 2013 so it's no longer able to receive any official support from Apple. Currently I have the Catalina OS installed however it appears as a number of windows processes running in the background and also a bunch of other dodgy stuff happening according to terminal. In addition to this I have an android phone that I would like to increase my understanding of and also make secure. There are a countless number of third party licence is that I don't really know how to make sense of and don't really know where to go from here. The task is for installing windows on the laptop (purchase in 2018) and the other things I've mentioned come with a bonus fee (50% (($25)) for any/each additional task.

We run a windows PC for our business (with 2 screens). The PC was working one minute, then froze and we now can't reboot it. Have tried multiple things but nothing works, and we really need this fixed to continue running the business tomorrow.

Windows 10 laptop has bitlocker protection. Lost all data as its an old laptop. I don’t have the bit-locker key. Need to Master reset the laptop somehow. After you reset the laptop. Kindly install windows 10 again. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 11 October 2023
