Need to sand off some old stain from 7 window frames and 8 door frames. Experience preferable.

The 3.2m length sliding door top moulding detached (because of heavy curtain and curtain rail were on it, the rail has been removed), but the moulding detached from the wall now, it will be required to fix with the wall, or get it replaced with a new one.

Outdoor side door need to be balanced. Hard to open and shut
