I am replacing the current laundry wall and door with new brickwork and a custom aluminium-glass door. I have the door, and the brickwork is scheduled for 19 Jul. As soon as the brickwork is completed I'll be looking to close the remaining space with the new door. Ideally that's the following day (Sunday 20 Jul), or absolute worst case the day after that (Monday 21 Jul). The door comes with reveals already fitted. What I am concerned about is getting an accurate measurement for the bricklayer so he leaves enough space for the door. Ideally you'd be close by and could come look at the door some time before the bricklayer arrives next Sat, and confirm the measurement yourself, then come back to install on 20/21 Jul.
