After the carpet replacement, several interior doors are no longer opening properly. They need to be taken off their hinges, trimmed with a power saw, and re-hung.

It appears that the screws at the bottom-left corner of the sliding glass door frame are loosening and causing the door to lower down on the rail and the top right crest gaps to widen.

Before that move, I need to remove the double hung sash window and detach the decorative dowel of the bed frame. Then we can tilt the heavy bed frame diagonally to pass through the window into the bedroom! I don’t expect one party completes all the work. I have other tasks to track other parts of the plan.

We need 2 fly screens made and installed into windows in our apartment. Measurements are roughly 117 x 87 and 1 cm deep. They would also need a flap to access the window/ lock. We’d need to measurements taken prior to ensure the right fit.
