Replace rusted steel door frame on the exit door of the garage. I don't think there is a lintel above the door frame but the bricks have not moved. the house was built about 30 years ago.

And the toilet door is the old school style sliding door with simple roller at the top. It suddenly went out of rail and cant be put back. Need a handyman for these jobs please to be done together.
