my outdoor table needs 2 of bolts to be replaced just one one side as in the pics I have posted

My husband accidentally hit our garage door with the car a while ago. It was working fine for months, but today it only closes halfway and then stops. It opens normally, but gets stuck when closing. I need someone to inspect and fix it.
