Bedroom door handle is loose and won't close anymore. When the handle is pushed down it does nothing; when forced up the latch partially retracts but not fully, so the door cannot close properly. The handle was previously functional. Looking for assessment and repair of the existing handle/latch.

A clean, straight finish is essential. • Re-installation: Carrying the door back up and re-hanging it, ensuring it swings perfectly and the latch aligns. • Clean-up: Tidying up any sawdust or debris in the garage and apartment. Important Details: • Power: You can plug your power tools into the outlet in our garage. • Access: Please note the three flights of stairs; the door is a standard weight but will require someone comfortable with the carry. • Tools: Please bring your own tools (circular saw with a guide, track saw, or electric planer) and saw horses.

Fix Loose Door Handles (x3) – Bedrooms and Bathrooms Three door handles in the bedrooms and bathrooms are loose and appear to be coming off. We’d like them securely fixed. Please refer to the attached image for reference.

I need the panelling of the door installed to the tailgate as well as the curtains. That includes finding a solution that fits. The current line and mount don't fit. I only taped them on for the picture

Bathroom door needs trimming so it will fit. Recent bathroom reno means the tiles are slightly higher than the old floor. Approx 5mm to be trimmed off the base.

Drilling picture frame brackets into wall and hanging up. 9 frames in total. Outdoor clothesline to also be drilled into the wall.
