Small plaster repair around window sill.

Door has started sagging over time. It’s scraping on the concrete at the bottom and there’s now a noticeable gap at the top when closed. Hinges have already been replaced but the issue remains. Looking for someone to realign, adjust and fix properly. Door approx 2350mm tall by 860mm wide.

I have x5 door handles that need to be replaced but a larger hole needs to be drilled. I have have x2 striped screws I can’t remove from a bathroom vanity.
