Install a plasterboard wall (possibly needing timber frame internally) to separate the lounge. 1. the red line in photo shows where the wall would split the room in half. dimensions are roughly 2.4m (height) and 4.2m (length). the length part maybe at a slight angle, as there's a fireplace. or it can be install flush at 90 degrees but the wall would be built into the fireplace. 2. add hinged door (I have a door already 820 x 2040) to where the glass panel is currently.

Trim bottom and rehang 4 x doors which were removed for new tiling in commercial washroom. Trim top and re hang 1 x door, due to height conflicts with new ceiling. Hinges still fixed to doors and doorjam .. only pins were removed. Door closers still on doors.
