the sliding door rollers needs replacing

Wanting to put up a new internal wall with either a barn door or conventional door. Including finishing of wall except painting.

We have an older-style, spring-assisted tilt garage door that is currently unable to open or close due to a broken pivot bolt/pin. The bolt connecting one of the lifting arms to the upper mounting plate has snapped, causing the lifting mechanism to become disconnected. Work required: * Inspect the damaged lifting arm and pivot assembly. * Remove the broken bolt/pin. * Supply and install a suitable replacement bolt, pin or pivot assembly. * Check the opposite lifting arm and spring mechanism for any issues. Looking someone who is familiar with older tilt garage doors and spring-assisted lifting mechanisms.

I have new carpets and bedroom/ensuite doors are too long for these so need them cut and resealed at the bottom. The three doors are already loose/taken off the hinges. Getting these done is a priority. My laundry door on the other hand is too wide and long and needs hinges looked at. Door is still intact. Might be a tricky one.

I have 4 IKEA Billy bookcases (3 regular, 1 narrow) that are built but need anchoring to the dry wall with appropriate screws. I have the screws and brackets but not dry wall specific anchors (no studs) and no live wire detector so would be needing these supplied by the Tasker. Also there are 3 doors that need to be attached as per the IKEA instructions that I figured I may as well request with the job. BYO tools please and ideally looking for someone with experience.

I'm looking for someone to inspect and adjust my front entry door. The door appears to be uneven/misaligned and is allowing air and draughts to come through. I have tried installing weather stripping to reduce the gap, however this has made the door difficult to open, close, and lock properly. I'm looking for someone who can assess the issue, realign or adjust the door if required, and ensure it seals as correctly as it can while still opening, closing, and locking smoothly.
