I need someone to help me remove a stripped/stuck screw in my wooden door frame. I have been trying to change a lock. Removed the bottom screw but can’t get the top screw to come out. Perhaps someone with a drill with screw extractor kit (? I did some Googling) and experience with this can help?? Quite urgent . Should be fairly simple but I pretty much have no experience with drills. Needs to be done Tuesday 5 August

The door seems to sag due to weather , making it hard to open and shut without having to push it hard. Might need to remove door and sand down or adjust the hinges.

Manual Garage roller door adjustment. When pulled down and closed, it comes back up too far leaving a gap at the bottom. Not sure if its a weather seal issue or a tension issue but the seals look fine. Would like it to sit properly shut against the concrete.
