The door seems to sag due to weather , making it hard to open and shut without having to push it hard. Might need to remove door and sand down or adjust the hinges.

We have freshly painted doors with gloss and would like someone to install our new door handles on all bedroom and bathroom doors. Total of 11 to be installed just standard brushed gold passage and privacy handles

Manual Garage roller door adjustment. When pulled down and closed, it comes back up too far leaving a gap at the bottom. Not sure if its a weather seal issue or a tension issue but the seals look fine. Would like it to sit properly shut against the concrete.
