The doors need some material removed to fit nicely. Probably with a plane. And the hinges might need to be adjusted. A push to close mechanism would also be great if you can install

Door has been forced open. Broken lock area , some splintering around lock. Face. 50mm diameter hole in door panel.

As per the pictures attached (not exact same door) we have fly screens and doors at a rental that need to be made to run smoothly again. They have really ceased up. That’s both internal sliding doors and both security screens. What will you charge to do this work?

Hi! We need an insect mesh installed behind our exhaust vent covers in our apartment (4 in total). It needs to be cut to size and stuck on with HVAC foil tape, but the vent cover will need to be removed / put back on. We also need 3 door draft stoppers to be installed, just with double sided tape (included measuring, cutting and sticking neatly alongside bottom of doors). No drilling required. Should be an easy job. The purpose of this operation is to stop cockroaches from coming into our apartment via the vents / under the doors.
