Need someone to cut and install simple flyscreens for 3 windows. 2 windows 1m by 850mm and the other for a door - see photos. The door one would need to slide (there is an existing rail for it to sit on). Am flexible with time and date of install. The window ones would need access by ladder which I have.

Wire up and install new LucciAir Whitehaven Ceiling Fan in our back patio area. We have the fan and it also has a remote. The roof is at an angle so will need some kind of bracket to make it level. Also the Patio roof is attached covering part of our house roof. Hoping its possible to run a conduit around the side of the house the onto the Patio roof. See attached photos.

Rear laundry door needs replacing with an external door with glass panel to let in more light

Internal door handle has come loose or has been pulled off partially and damaged. Require someone to reattach and reinstall it, or replace it if needed. Provide own materials, if required.

These 2 doors were taken off while I had concrete flooring work down in our garage and garage storeroom. I now need the doors reinstalled. Screws and hinges seem to still all be there, but may need to bring own materials in case.

Folding timber doors need to be rehung as they were blown off by the wind. It’s for the entrance at the top of some stairs and may need new hinges if the current ones are bent. There are hooks to hold it closed and open. Doorway is 825x2050

Strip 1 door and frame. Prime and repaint silk white. Tasker to provide stripping chemical of their choice, tools, etc. Primer and Silk paints will be provided. Door to be removed and stripped outside. Frame stripped in place. Door to be refitted once complete. This is a trial run for a single door and frame, to try to find the best tasker in the business at this particular job. We have around 28 doors and frames to do. Thanks for your interest.

Our front door needs sanding and restraining so it has dropped slightly and catches on the floor. I need someone to fix the door and sand the front of it back ready for staining. - Due date: Before Friday, 26th Nov 2021
