Our building is replacing windows on Tuesday and we need to have the burglar bars/grills removed before Monday night. Each is screwed into the brick with hex bolts or screw with hex lug nuts. Each window has 6 side bolts, 2 top and 2 bottom. There is first parking and the unit is on the ground floor. We also need to dispose of the bars - if you can do this also please provide an additional flat rate for that part. We have the paperwork from Strata that says we have to remove our own window bars.
