2 Slats on window shutters have broken off, just need to be re-attached. It looks like the plastic thing that attaches the slats to the frame have snapped.

I have a reveal in my brick wall that was built for a doggy door, however my dog has totally destroyed the original dog door and eaten away part of the dry wall. I need it to be rebuilt completely as right now it's just a big gaping hole in my brick wall. I also will need a cabinet door or similar installed on both sides to be able to keep him in/out if needed. You will need to supply the building materials(timber, nails, dry wall etc) and tools.
