Hi, the house I live in was recently re-stumped and now my bedroom window doesn’t close fully anymore. I live on an Highway so now I can smell ca r fumes coming in. I’ve put some of that thin black foam into the gap but it doesn’t help much. Also my bedroom door has never closed properly (even before the re-stumping was done). It seems to scrape on the top door frame because it’s taken some paint off the frame. So I need someone who can fix BOTH the window and the door to make them open and close properly again please!

Bracket fallen off the top of the sliding door and need to get re attached at the top and back on the rail. So the door will slide again .
