Replace top rail of bi-folding doors with a new rail. Replace bottom fixings also. Existing doors can be used.

In our bathroom one of the hinges has come loose due to the fact that the screw inserts must have rotten out or got loose from wear and tear.

Install spotlight on timber cladding, approx height 2.2 metres, replacing existing light.
