Remove old timber, 3 doors, 2 windows 2 pallets, security screen, that have been under my house for many years. Also a broken oven. I’ve piled it up on boundary. Longest bit would be 2.1m doors. Guess it’s about 2-3 m3 worth.

To seal the gaps on the base of 2 x windows about 4m high as per photo, silicon and ladder will be provided

Fix bathroom rail which fell down from wall. And two window panes broken. Handyman to purchase rail after measuring. Costs of pane on us. Also to put four photo frames on the wall.

Happy silicon to window to stop water ingress. Need to get keys to enter property first from rental agency.

I am in need of a basic window installation. I have a door with three panels that I would like to replace with patterned glass to gain more natural light in my studio apartment. No need for insulation or double glazed glass. Offcuts or even perspecs would be fine to use. Not fussed on type of glass or professional finish. Thanks :)

5 small banks of louvres + 2x sliding windows + replace security mesh front door. Louvres are sitting angled within their frames and when shut don’t provide a seal, closing mechanism doesn’t neatly shut. Sliding windows sit wonky in the tracks and don’t provide a neat close. Need to refelt the sliding windows too. Replace front hinged security door (I will provide this)

Install flyscreens (fixed no need to have them to open/slide) to 1 toilet and 2 bathroom windows. Sizing to be provided upon request.

Hi, given that Brisbane seems to have stopped, I thought it would be a great time to see if someone wants to do a relatively small rendering job in my kitchen. I need a the inside of a water damaged window repaired. The size of the window is 1470 high x 1200 wide. Plus finish off the 50mm above the window to the ceiling with a square set finish, and about 300 in along the wall to the right of the window…see photos attached. Ideally it would be great to get this done before the kitchen installation continues on Tuesday. Please provide a quote. Cheers!

I need flashing put outside a big picture window. I need the damaged timber inside the window frame repaired. I also need flashing put underneath the deck to stop water coming in above the back door.

In an apartment building on the 13th floor. I’m wanting to install a portable AC vent into a casement/ awning window that opens outwards. Needing a piece of plywood cut to 1600mmx990mm with a cutout centred towards the bottom fitting the exhaust vent. From there hook and loop tape to attach it to the window frame. Really only needing the plywood collected, cut to size, vent cut out and delivered. Open to negotiations Thank you
