Replace 3-4 weather boards on exterior of house.

Hardwood weatherboards. Gal nails are flush with surface. Highest boards are at 3 metres.

We have what looks to be one weatherboard, could be two, that has rot and runs on the top of the brick work. We need it fremoved and replaced. There is a downpipe over it, so that may need to be removed, if the weather board can not be slid out from behind and replaced the same way. I can not attach the photo sorry.

Hi Sean, Its easier to explain with photos. Ive added them all in the below google photos link https://photos.app.goo.gl/95G11CN47D6YQMmh6 As you can see the water seems to be rotting away the weatherboards where the gutter meets the weatherboard. It has the rotted away around the window frame as has made its way inside aswell. I have two goals. Get the areas that are rotten replaced and solve the root cause and improve the gutter system to mitigate the amount of water that could get trapped and start rotting. I'm guessing that installing some flashing/barrier or something so that the water does get trapped against the weatherboard. Cheers Matt

Damaged weatherboards from gate being attached to house. Likely to need replacing rather than patch and paint, particularly the larger holes. I can paint when finished. You will need to supply materials. I’m not sure what this would cost, so price negotiable.

Replace weather boards and paint white on side of garage (about 1x2 m). Dispose old weather boards. Replace storm pipe.

Mount 2 x external clothes lines on external house weatherboards: 1. Replace existing "Hills 4-Line Retracting Clothesline". Pole mount on opposite side to stay in unchanged (already present). 2. Install new "Hills Double Folding Frame Clothesline"- length 2.4 m - install to existing weatherboards using appropriate fixation screws/brackets (kit only comes with attachment device for masonry wall).

I have some dry rot in a part of an external wall and need the weatherboard that has been damaged replaced.

Saturday, Help Chippy and other tradesman to hold the weatherboards on trestles, so we can mail gun them in position.

Replace weatherboards, framing and facia. I have the timber, will prime and paint. Need a qualified and registered tradie with a QLD builders licence.

The side of our house has decayed weather boards, as you can see in the picture, especially the first 3 at the bottom. We can change the entire 11 boards of 140x20cm in sizes if you can. Also the two frames 4x8 on either side. Hopefully leaks from heavy rain will stop once you have done these. Tell me your quote...

I have a 2 meter canopy, one 1.6 meter laundry rack, 3 small laundry racks, those need to be hand in the weatherboard outside.

We have a 1 man builder replacing panels on the side of our house with weather board and my husband is helping him so they could use an extra pair of hands as they will up on ladders/scaffolding so rather than hop down each time someone could pass the long board up to them to hammer in. Would most likely be a few hours maybe a couple of days work. This project has blown out due to the original builder not adding the right water proofing so can only afford $25 an hour cash.
