We purchased a new ASKO washer and dryer from Appliances Online with “free installation.” Since then: • Washing machine is showing a drainage error (E7). I believe this is an installation issue, not a fault with the unit. Needs someone experienced to check the drain hose setup (height, kinks, sink trap knockout, etc.) and ensure proper drainage. • Dryer feels uneven and has started/stopped a couple of times. Need it pulled out, feet adjusted, and leveled properly. Previous washer/dryer worked fine in same spot, so it’s definitely an install/setup issue. Looking for someone experienced with appliance installation (ASKO preferred) who can come Sunday afternoon to fix both. They are side by side.

Need help removing and disposing of a Samsung front-loading washing machine from a built-in laundry cupboard. The machine is fitted into a confined timber cabinet space and will require careful manoeuvring to extract without damaging the surrounding cabinetry. You’ll need to disconnect the water inlet and outlet hoses plus the power connection before removal. The job requires at least 2 people due to the tight space and weight of the machine. Looking for someone experienced with appliance removal who has the proper tools for disconnecting plumbing and electrical connections safely. The machine needs to be completely removed from the property and disposed of responsibly. Ground floor access with reasonable parking available. Please only apply if you have experience removing appliances from confined spaces and can handle both the disconnection and disposal. The timber cupboard doors need to remain undamaged during the process. Machine appears to be around 7 to 8kg capacity. Will need dolly or appliance trolley for safe transport. Job includes full removal and disposal service so I don’t have to worry about getting rid of it afterwards. Can be flexible with timing but prefer weekends. It’s a boshe (pictured) and I think I bought the wrong kinectic hose. The drainage hose is already hooked up. Pictures attached. Desk is a large corner stand up desk. I have a Haier 6kg top loader washing machine that has recently started showing the E3 error code relating to unbalanced load, it doesn’t matter what i was in it be it socks or a t-shirt after a few spins it stops working and displays the error with beeping.
