Fisher & Paykal 10kg washing machine. Needs a service and clean

My Bosch washing machine has an E36 error code and is failing to drain. I’m positive something is stuck in a section of it, but when I manually drain it with the easily accessible filter and clean it out there is nothing stuck in that area. I don’t have the tools to access any further back where there may be a blockage and am needing someone to help. Thanks :)
