New washing machine needs to be installed.

I have a new washing machine being delivered today and need help installing it. It’s a Miele 8 kg front load. I also need help removing the old machine. No stairs. Laundry is near entrance.

The door seal on my chiq washing machine has cracked. As the part is not under warranty I've been provided the spare part by the manufacturer but it needs fitting. I want someone who is experienced in this task.
