We are needing subfloor prep & vinyl sheet install for a small shop space located in Tarragindi, Brisbane. The Area for the job is approx. 10m2 The shop Currently has Solid timber flooring (looks like Ironbark) that is and all the walls / ceiling are plastered. The plan would be to keep the timber for the majority of the store for retail use & have the Vinyl sheet for the back of the space to be food approved. We’d be looking at: Vinyl sheet (R12 slip rating) for 4260mm width x 2200mm deep (approx. 9.4m2) with coving for the sides and back + transition to the timber at the front edge (full 4260mm width) Please find attached a photo of the space + a quick floor plan I drew up for reference of what we would like. If you could please quote for the supply and install of the vinyl + whichever Masonite or other substrate required / recommended that would be great. Please see images attached. I need the old vinyl tiles removed from a kitchen floor. They have been glued down and work involves prying the old tiles up using a paint scraper or similar. Area is 4m x 2.6m I’ve started but have run out of time to finish as I’m back at work.
