Venradah downpipes are currently connected to the sewage drain. Need a qualified plumber to help reconnect the downpipes to the stormwater pipe/discharge. One way is to cut the cement sheet to access the existing connection point and then redirect the pipe to the stormwater pipe under the house.

Looking for a contractor to install tiles to front verandah. The area is approximately 18sqm and currently a tile over concrete substrate. New tiles to be laid directly over (if possible) , after surface is levelled. Tiles are on site ready for install,600x600x 20mm thickness. My front verandah is textured concrete, has previously been painted but has flaked. It's been pressure cleaned and needs painting. I have bought the paint.

Hi, One side of my existing verandah’s roof is fixed to the roof, so I would like to add additional 4 timber (appx 2.4m) posts on that side to take the load away from the roof.

Piece of wood on verandah ceiling is loose, needs to be nailed back on, and a paver on front door steps had broken and needs to be cemented back on, both jobs easy.
