Want a verandah built over our concrete backyard 10mx5m budget of no more than 10k

I need two small verandah roofs replaced at my home in Belmont with corrugated iron and ridge capping installed. I have already removed the old ones and have purchased all of the materials. All I need is your expertise and labour.

Supply and install rainhead to this corner of front verandah gutter where down pipe meets to help with water overflow during heavy rain. Also replace metal downpipe with slightly wider PVC down pipe for better flow. Richmond based.

Replace the kitchen tap sink head to avoid leakage and install dynabolt to verandah cover (just 1) Very two small jobs. Happy to pay cash and also pay for materials.

I have a broken verandah tile that needs replacing.

We have a timber staircase off our verandah that we need to move its position so that it is not flush against our fence (see photo). It needs to be removed from its current position and replaced on the other side of the post marked "A". One complexity that I've identified is the hose outlets pictured in the 3rd picture that will need to be dealt with, either by repositioning them further along the verandah, or by extending the landing off the verandah so the taps can be reached under the extended landing. I'm not wedded to any solution to this so happy to discuss. The stainless steel cables will need to be shortened and reattached to the shorter balustrade section.
