I have a large tarp/ awning that got damaged in the winds that we had a couple of days ago. They were stuck together and created cover in a back patio area. I have some carpentry and plastering that needs to be done to repair some water damage at the back of my house. Care needs to be taken not to disturb any asbestos cladding in the walls. Three weatherboards need replacing, skirting on outside and inside of the bathroom window needs replacing, the wall inside the bathroom needs covering with cement sheeting so as not to disturb it. Then some plastering around it to tidy it up and some caulk for sealing out any water. I have some paint the same colour as the weatherboards to use and can purchase some white paint for the skirting if needed.

We have just received a Kylin Infrared Sauna in three flat packs. We require someone to build and install the sauna in our garage as soon as possible. Looking for someone with experience doing similar tasks.

We are getting electrical work done in our 1950’s home over the 20th, 21st and 22nd of August. The front half of the house has solid double brick walls so the electrical work will result in some chased walls (about 2), aswell as some extra hole filling when power points, fan switches and switchboard are moved. Repair on the ceiling fix

I was cleaning the ceiling light fixture, and when I removed the bracket, it came off along with a piece of the drywall. When I tried to reinstall it, there were too many holes and the screws would no longer hold. I need someone to repair the ceiling, patch the damaged drywall, and reinstall the light fixture properly
