Plasterboard patching & filling of multiple ceiling cracks around ceiling fans due to condensation and then painting the ceilings and walls of 3.0m x 3.3m bedroom. There would probably be further ceiling and walls to patch & paint in another bedroom and potentially living room of this villa in Tewantin, Toolar Street. I have no current pictures as we settle on 14th April and I am looking for a handyman/painter to do these tasks from 15th April. Please provide your an hourly rate for labour and any feedback on your painting background. The rate applied is for a quote for the task.

Replace wall sheet new skirting and patching holes in walls few odd jobs round house just after a handy man who can do these jobs

Had down-lights installed and need the remaining holes patched over, as well as a few areas of flaking paint patched over. Pictured some of the holes, estimate around 15 patches to fix give or take.

Plastering job in Tewantin for a house renovation. We have 2 walls that need sheeting and plastering tomorrow please. The rest of the house has been done but there is a double doorway and a single doorway that has since been filled in and and now needs to be plastered.

After recent backyard renovations, handrails and some balustrades need to be added to 1 set of 6 tread steps and 2 areas both approx 2m lengths of balustrades.
