Render a 4 brm house 150 sqm ( as by commercial contractor) the house has been lightly bagged to fill in mortar lines. I want a smooth finnish render. I am flexible with timline

We have a awning outside the back and has become twisted as well as the wheel that is used to roll across the roof tiles has come off

These two spots on the ceiling need to be repaired and ideally painted as well. If painting isn’t possible, that’s fine—just focus on repairing the ceiling by cutting out the damaged plasterboard and patching it with a new piece

Hang outdoor awning on patio. 300cm wide and 200cm deep. Will require ladder as beam to be mounted onto is 3.5m tall. Will require bolts to attach to cross beam. Comes with bracket and awning.

Need an electrician to install a new circuit for a new stove top & oven plus a new PowerPoint. The stove top will be about 1.5m away from the oven. Access to switchboard. Assume the cable can be run under the house from switchboard to oven(about 500mm clearance at lowest point). roof access probably won’t work as there is no ceiling space directly above the new stove location (house extension). The new bench top is not fully installed but I can have the stove top in position. The oven will be installed later so if possible to have the cable run and temporarily terminated until the new oven is installed then it can be connected.

Require bricklayer to rebuild brick pier on block wall that has been knocked over by car. Brick pier to be core filled with reinforcing and rendered to match the rest of wall. Repair crack in render on additional pier. Pier height 1140 Due date: Flexible

Install weatherproof 15 amp power point beside meter box. Need a fixed price and must an electrican - Due date: Flexible
