Need a repair done to the rendering on a feature wall / gate (see photos). What has happened is that the gate latch was attached only by screws into the grout below the bead. The gate was blown shut and the latch busted out. Overall repair needed is to the damaged wall and render, painting (I have the paint), and re-affix latch. Note: The glass pool fence will probably be in the way, however I can deal with that.

Remove screws and plaster surface to smooth finish for small section of wall. Another wall needs a repair and plaster as shown in the photos.
