Hey guys, Electrician needed I need 2 new power points, lougeroom and bedroom (opposite sides of the same wall), and a replacement for a broken one in the bathroom. You'll also need a ladder to use the access point in the roof. While you're here, 3 doors could use some realignment. Once the alignments are done i'd like you to move the door stopper from front door to the toilet room, and install 3 door holders on the front door and both bedroom doors. Warning screws have copped the landlord special, painted over screws in the door hinges etc I have no idea how much to offer for this. Send me quotes. I will want to see your electrician license for insurance purposes. As far as I know there is no asbestos. I have the door holders but i don't have the power point cover plates. If you can buy then install I'll sort you out. Never posted a job on here before so forgive me if I'm slow

There is a small damaged section (around 15cm tall) on an exterior wall corner at ground level. The render has cracked and chipped off, exposing the plastic corner bead underneath. I’m looking for a simple, budget-friendly patch repair — not necesserily a full professional texture match (though open for qoute). Just need it filled, patched, and roughly blended so it looks tidy from a distance.
