I am looking for an experienced and reliable handyman or installer to supply and install two small awnings above external doors on a modern fibreboard-clad one bedder granny flat located at Kennelly Street, Cloyton NSW. The main purpose of the awnings is to protect the timber doors from direct sun exposure and weather damage. The job will require locating wall studs or securely mounting to a timber backing plate, as fibreboard cladding cannot support weight on its own. Scope of Work: Supply and/or install 2x small awnings (preferably polycarbonate, aluminium or lightweight fabric awnings suitable for residential use) Ensure awnings are mounted securely into wall studs (or to a treated timber batten fixed to studs) Seal all penetrations/weatherproofing as required Ensure awnings are level and installed in a way that sheds water away from the wall and door Clean up work area upon completion Important Notes: The building is clad in fibre cement sheet (FC/fibreboard) — so mounting must be done into wall studs or using a structural timber batten (it is a 2020 build) The existing doors are timber, and exposure to sun has already caused some wear; protection from sunlight is the goal of the install. I need urgent repairs completed on a balcony to reset(patch) and potentially paint same color blue board balcony. See photos. Selling so I need to make it look neat before buyers come through. See photos. All material and labor supplied by tasker. Needs to be done by wednesday 5pm. Big balcony is probably 4m wide and returns about 1.2m and the smaller balcony is probably 2.4m by 1m. Patches/crack on inner and outer face and top. Will most likely need another coat of maybe acrylic render after reset. Budget is higher accounting for urgency and condition. I understand also may crack again based on structural movements however needs to be a neat job.

We removed a bulkhead in preparation for new cabinets to be installed. There is some damage to existing Gyprock that needs to be filled and sanded, plus a small area that is missing Gyprock where the bulkhead previously was. This needs a small sheet and be square set and finished. Additionally we need the cornice put back up, happy for you to use the pieces on site or supply fresh ones. We also have a couple of small areas around the house that need filling and sanding, such as a small hole in a bedroom ceiling and an old bracket that was removed off a wall that left small holes. Your quote needs to include supply of materials.
