Things to consider - there is a reverse cycle air conditioner to work around (we'd prefer not to have it professionally removed - skirting boards and ceiling molding would have to be removed and replaced - There is a window, door frame and Ikea wardrobe to build around. - room is roughly 3800x4500 - pricing to include all labour and materials

1st job is a hole in the gyprock/plaster board needs to be patched, sanded painted 2nd is just sanding over a hole patch and painting it.
