It looks like it might be Tyrolean / textured render, but I’m not completely sure, so I need someone with experience to identify the correct material, repair it, and make the surface look consistent with the rest of the wall. Looking for a licensed electrician to complete a few small installations in a single-storey home (built in 2021) in Port Noarlunga. Building plans can be provided if needed. Scope of work: Install 1 GPO with TV antenna socket in a bedroom (existing antenna already in place — this is just an additional outlet). Install 1 ceiling light point with switch in a small hallway (currently no existing light). Install an LED strip light in the alfresco ceiling recess, projecting upward to provide soft indirect lighting. Install 3 or 4 ceiling-mounted light points in the garage, projecting light upward. This replaces the previous plan for LED strip lighting in that area. All work must comply with relevant electrical standards, and a compliance certificate is required upon completion.
