Garage roof have nails visible and ceiling is shaggy couple of place . Due to not enough gum by previous contractor it’s hanging.

Shaggy roof at different place in garage and curved as previous contractor didnt put enough glue .so gyprock is hanging .neils can be seen ,look like as previous owner tried to fix it as well

A floating shelf collapsed and has left 3 small holes that are quite deep. These need pat hung before we attempt to rehang the shelf.

Hey guys, Electrician needed I need 2 new power points, lougeroom and bedroom (opposite sides of the same wall), and a replacement for a broken one in the bathroom. You'll also need a ladder to use the access point in the roof. While you're here, 3 doors could use some realignment. Once the alignments are done i'd like you to move the door stopper from front door to the toilet room, and install 3 door holders on the front door and both bedroom doors. Warning screws have copped the landlord special, painted over screws in the door hinges etc I have no idea how much to offer for this. Send me quotes. I will want to see your electrician license for insurance purposes. As far as I know there is no asbestos. I have the door holders but i don't have the power point cover plates. If you can buy then install I'll sort you out. Never posted a job on here before so forgive me if I'm slow
