This task will involve removing existing tiled splashback, prepping the wall, cutting the new splashback panel to size and cutting out holes for 2 PowerPoints within the panel (cutting to be done onsite), glueing and installing the panel, silicone between panel and bench top (special silicon glue provided) (Panel is from Bunnings - Bellessi Polymer) Plus…. A ‘fix-up’ job re-siliconing the bathroom hand basin at the top of the unit between the unit and the wall (you will need to supply White silicon bathroom sealer) Filling and finishing a small hole in the cloning where a light fitting has been removed. Also….we are wanting a quote to built a clothesline at the rear of the property and would like to discuss ideas, costs etc

Includes 1 x 3000mmx800mm framed wall, 2 x 2400mmx950mm wall (front and back side) and a little overhead section connecting these two walls together that’s framed, and 1 x 2100mmx1000mm wall (front and back). All areas have been framed, plumbing and electrical done to be accounted for when sheeting.

I would like somebody to repair the plastering that was damaged during the removal of a wardrobe. The wardrobe was approximately 600mm deep and 2800mm wide. The plastering needs to be finished to a paintable surface, the back wall will be covered by bookshelves but the side wall will need to be neat clean and presentable. there are also 2 sconces that will be remove and their holes will need to be filled. pictures attached
