As seen in the photos, some of the bolts have come loose so it would they would need to be drilled back in securely. If this isn’t possible removal is something we would consider. Ceiling has two major cracks from one wall to the other side/wall. We are very very concern it is going to collapse. Cracks gets bigger throughout house after rain and heat however the roof one is splitting at a scary rate. The cracks on each side is a panel of prick so there’s not much holding it up there. The bathroom ensuit has major crack in the middle all around room.
