Electrical & plumbing tradies
When you hire a tradie to work with electricity, gas, or water, they’ll need special qualifications, training, and equipment to keep you and your house safe from fires, flooding, and property damage. I am looking to have someone render and square up three brick retaining walls in the backyard. The first two pictures are the ‘priority’ walls. The third is one I’d like done too… depending on cost. The three last pictures are the kind of straight, square, white, minimalist finish I am after :) I don’t have heaps of money… I am separated and doing my best to afford things as I can along the way… obviously I am happy to pay for materials (!) and negotiate the cost of completing the job upfront. Had a plasterer come in and do some work a few years back we're now experiencing the cornice (the things that join the walls and roof lmao) falling down in one of the bedrooms. Wanting to have it repaired ASAP. Only 2 sides have come down, one has snapped and will most likely need replacing but again, I'm no plasterer. Price is just so I could post, please leave quotes. I have knauf patching plaster, Cornice adhesive & tape here but not replacement plaster corners. (Long things) So please include those in the pricing. If you prefer your own products that's also no hassle ☺️ Also happy to chat 'off the books' pricing.
