I need the plasterer to replace plasterboard, cornice and paint to match. You won’t need to cut out and remove plaster, it’ll already be gone. You just need to replace and set, replace aluminium mitered around skylights x 2. 1. Living room 1200x1200 of plaster ceiling and 1200 of cornice. Refit and repaint approx. 2100mm arch’s from the side of sliding door and small piece of skirting. 2. Laundry roof approx 3000x3000 room. with cut out for skylight. And cornice to entire room. Replace entire roof and cornice and repaint. 3. Office roof approx 3000x3000 room. with cut out for skylight. And cornice to entire room. Replace entire roof and cornice and repaint 4. Bathroom roof approx 3000x3000 room. with cut out for skylight. And cornice to entire room.
